Manny Camara Founder MyoTechnology, Co-Founder Spectrum Health Center

Manny Camara founded MyoTechnology in 2008 to incorporate his depth of experience and neurological knowledge into products designed to enhance the body's intelligent design and facilitate a level of deep healing. He personally designs innovative healthcare devices and treatment protocols that deliver dramatically improved patient outcomes while providing the tools and education needed to help practitioners preserve and extend their careers.

He also co-founded Spectrum Health Center in San Jose, California in 1997. Focused on chiropractic care, myofascial release, rehabilitative therapy, functional medicine and nutrition, Spectrum Health Center uses a comprehensive approach to health to ensure each patient receives the personalized attention necessary to be restored to optimal health. Spectrum Health Center also employs MyoTechnology products in a clinical setting to offer the most innovative healthcare solutions to its patients to maximize vitality, functionality and the return of optimal health.

Trained as a Chiropractic Technician, an Emergency Medical Technician, a Myofascial Therapy Specialist and a First Line Therapy Counselor, Camara brings a strong foundation of professional knowledge, integrity and compassion to his myofascial and physical rehabilitation practice. At Spectrum, his practice facilitates natural healing with a variety of modalities that help re-establish balance within the body including the Camara Myofascial Method; Vibration and Percussion Therapy; Tool-Assisted Myofascial Release; Sports, Deep Tissue and Relaxing Therapeutic Massage; European Lymphatic Technique; Prenatal & Postnatal Massage. Assisted Stretching Sessions; Active Release Technique; Trigger Point Therapy; Reflexology and Athletic Performance Enhancement. He also applies a variety of other physiotherapy modalities in his practice including In-House High Frequency X-Ray Services; Class IV Laser Therapy; Whole Body Vibration Therapy; Electrical Muscle Stimulation ; Microamperage Neural Stimulation; Cryo and Moist Heat Therapy; Percussion Therapy; Manual Traction and Ultrasound.

He has served as the physical trainer for multiple members of the San Jose Fire Department and the San Jose State ice skating team and is a trainer and myofascial therapist for the Leukemia Society's "Team in Training." He has been honored with the U.S. Army "Commander's Coin" for helping soldiers. Camara graduated from the Western College of Massage and pursued additional training in Active Release Technique at N.Y. Chiropractic College; chiropractic methods and body biomechanics at the Pettibon Institute; and scoliosis and postural correction at the Clear Institute.


Dr. Michelle Del Bene

Founder of Spectrum Health Center, Co-founder of MyoTechnology

Dr. Michelle Del Bene started her own practice, Spectrum Health Center, in San Jose, California in 1997 where she develops personalized patient-specific treatment protocols that are designed to restore proper spinal, neurological and body biomechanics. In addition, she employs a variety of services designed to reverse, stop or prevent a disease and its symptoms. These therapeutic procedures strengthen the immune system while restoring normal homeostatic equilibrium.

Dr. Del Bene is also a co-founder for MyoTechnology where she applies her expert knowledge in Functional Medicine; Functional Endocrinology, Blood Chemistry; Chiropractic Care and Body Biomechanics to add a strong foundation of professional knowledge to the company.

Dr. Del Bene utilizes the following techniques: Pettibon Chiropractic Technique consisting of Individual-Specific Spinal Adjustments, Specialized Body Weighting Systems to Enhance Neuromuscular Re-education, Corrective Exercises and Core Strengthening. In addition To Pettibon, Dr. Del Bene employs Spinal Biomechanics; Traction and Vibration Therapy; Sports Medicine. Scoliosis Correction; Diversified Technique; Thompson Chiropractic Technique; Flexion/Extension Therapy; Applied Kinesiology; Activator Chiropractic Method; Spinal and Postural Functional Movement Assessments; Cervical and Lumbar Decompression Therapy and Physical Rehabilitation. Dr. Del Bene graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic West and received her Doctorate of Chiropractic in 1993 and was certified as a Sports Medicine Practitioner in 2001. She also specializes in scoliosis and postural correction, functional endocrinology and functional blood chemistry. Prior to her career as a Chiropractor, Dr. Del Bene worked with the disabled population as a certified nursing assistant at the Central County Occupational Center. She also served as a phlebotomist at Good Samaritan Hospital for 10 years. Dr. Del Bene has lectured at Stanford Medical Center and is a member of the California Chiropractic Association. She also volunteered as a personal trainer for the Santa Clara Aquamaids, as well as a team therapist for the leukemia foundation "Team In Training" triathlon and marathon teams. In addition, she is an athlete herself and loves to participate in a variety of sports activities.
